San Frangisk Lunette forms part of the Floriana fortification that look down on the Grand Harbour and date back to the 17th Century. Through the years parts of the Lunette were demolished to accommodate the road but there is still a good stretch of the fortification that were used for guard purposes. The San Frangisk Lunette was left for years with major parts deteriorating but in late 2019 restorations took part and in heavily damaged parts have been rebuilt by our skilled workers.
